CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM

Each anomaly documented by Midnight is classified using a multi-level classification system, allowing us to better understand them and know what to do in the event of a close encounter. It's important to understand that an anomaly's classification can change over time for various reasons, such as human intervention, the development or loss of its capabilities, and so on. Now, let's look at all the classes you might encounter during your career:

RISK LEVEL

-UNKNOWN-
More research is needed
-SAFE-
Anomalies that are friendly or beneficial to humans, sometimes both
-MODERATE-
Anomalies capable of harming humans, although it is extremely unlikely that they will cause permanent damage
-HAZARDOUS-
Anomalies considerably harmful to humans. In the worst-case scenario, they could be lethal to a weakened or vulnerable person if proper precautions are not taken
-CRITICAL-
Anomalies that will, without a doubt, kill their prey upon seeing it. Saying they should be avoided at all costs would be a severe understatement
